The Virginia Beach Jaycees hosted and with the support of the Virginia State Jaycees, planned the 2016 4th Quarter Convention at the Oceanfront.  The event kickoff with a Friday evening social at Lagerheads.  On Saturday, attendees participated in various sessions learning more about how to develop and activate as a Jaycee, plan large events, and to execute a project with timelines.  The Awards banquet in the evening recognized exceptional members and chapters.  Kudos to #VBJaycees Linda King and Lindsey Hilmes for receiving awards.  Congratulations to Michael Raymer for planning a successful convention.
